CD 2 Track 2 A second call interrupts Yuki who's a little put out by Kakeru's persistence. Kakeru teases Yuki about how he's so popular all the time (with the girls) to which Yuki threatens to hang up on him and not to call him about something so stupid; it's a waste of battery power afterall. Kakeru says he's too tight with things, afterall who's the one who'd just saved him from those girls...? Yuki realises that Kakeru must be somewhere where he can see Yuki to which Kakeru remarks that he's right behind him! Surprised Yuki turns to find him literally right behind him. Kakeru greets Yuki who calls him an idiot, but unfazed, Kakeru says "let's get going; to the Defense Corps HQ." Yuki corrects him in that it's the Student Council room and tells him not to change the name like that. Kakeru instead comments that they're going to be a little late and that Nao's going to be really angry. Yuki can only agree. Kimi says hello to Yuki as soon as he arrives (just outside?) and how he looks great as always. Kakeru asks if he doesn't get to be greeted too, but Kimi says that regardless of whether she wants to, she sees him all the time because they're in the same class and so there's no need to say hello to him. Kakeru can only remark that there's something wrong with that attitude... More important to Yuki however, is whether Nao was already there. Kimi tells him he's there. Yuki: Is he angry? It appears that someone had placed a sign in front of the student council room and Kimi remarks that it looks like a sign for a Japanese pub/bar (izakaya). Yuki remarks that he's surprised Nao managed to bring it into the Student Council room since it looks so heavy. Nao can only grate out how he couldn't leave that insanely heavy, utterly embarrassing, Izakaya-like sign outside the Student Council's office. Who could've put it....? Kakeru: I did! Yuki comments how that would be likely and Kimi agrees, the only one who'd do something like that is Kakeru and laughs. Nao: This is not a laughing matter! I want to know the meaning of this! Are you planning on starting an izakaya!? Are you recommending alcohol for minors!? Kakeru comments that it's not an izakaya, just a sign; for that place. And he points out the words on the sign... Nao realises that there are words on the sign and Kimi and Yuki read out the words... Kimi: School...? Kakeru gets a bit tired of Nao's yelling and asks just what he's not happy about to which Nao replies everything; his (Kakeru's) very existence! Kimi comments that the words themselves are very well written and have a lot of impact. Kakeru agrees that it's very nicely done and Yuki wonders who'd written it. Kakeru replies Tsukimaru-san but Yuki doesn't recognise who it is. Kakeru's shocked, and can't believe that Yuki doesn't know who he is. Nao: Is he famous? Nao demands to know why Yuki's so impressed (with the writing) and Yuki apologises saying that Nao's been making all the digs at things so... Kimi: Nao? Don't you get tired? Yuki comments that it's not good to have Kimi respond in her stead. Kakeru comments that if Machi doesn't speak 10x as much as normal, her presence won't be felt 10x more than usual. Not that this bothers Kimi who offers to talk lots for her. Machi though, doesn't say anything and just nods. Yuki is a little annoyed because if she just nods, no one would know. Machi says that it doesn't matter if people don't know. There's something more important. And she instead holds out a paper. Yuki: What is this paper? It seems that a slanderous note was sent to the Council President. Yuki asks what it says while Kakeru reads the paper. Kakeru says that it might make glass hearted Yuki go to pieces, but that the thing essentially says "Stupid! You're annoying with your girly face. Get lost!" Something like that. Kakeru: Did you fall apart? Yuki wonders instead who'd written the thing and Machi comments that someone who attends the meetings had found it in their desk and handed it in to them. Kimi comments that whoever did it is very dark, but Kakeru wonders if someone had snuck it into the desk and wants to see who'd done it. Yuki wonders if it was the act of one person alone and that it could be more than one person. Kakeru agrees and also wonders why someone would write such slander against Yun-yun. Kakeru: I'd understand if it were Kimi Yuki brings things back to the the note and wonders if this is the first time that sort of thing has ever happened. Machi thinks so since it's the first time they'd ever been told of such. Machi asks Yuki if he's just going to ignore it to which he's a bit surprised but decides that if it continues, he'll do something about it. Machi: I see Kimi comments that Machi doesn't seem to be her usual self which Machi denies. Yuki: Machi, are you angry? Nao goes on to tell Yuki that he should warn Kuragi about her attitude and it's because of that that these sorts of things get sent. Neither Kakeru nor Yuki quite follow what Nao's talking about when Yuki asks if the paper contains slander against Machi. Nao confirms that and comments that this sort of thing just worsens the Student Council's image. Yuki: Give me that! It's true. Kimi sums the note as saying that Machi's in essence a dark, destructive demon. However, when asked, it seems Machi was already aware of the slander note against her, afterall, it came together with the note (about Yuki). Kakeru: Huh? So what did you do with it? Nao goes on yelling at Kakeru not to spout such nonsense as Yuki turns on Machi demanding that she tell if she knows of any suspicious individuals. Machi however turns the exact same question to Yuki. Yuki, surprised, asks why him. Machi: Have you forgotten? We also received a slanderous note against the President from this person. Kakeru instead demands to know what they're going to do to find the person and Yuki decides they're to ask around. Kakeru's not happy since that's so plain and whines. Kimi however tells Kakeru not to imitate her. Nao asks what about work but Kakeru instead comments that he knows of a good source and Kimi likewise will ask around since she knows so many guys. Nao continues to ask about work...... © 2002-2006 Shadow - All rights reserved. |
